We deliver worldwide.

All major currencies are accepted - via all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Your order will be processed in GBP.
Please note: Your payment provider may charge you a fee for purchasing in a different currency. It is advisable to check with your payment provider, before shopping.

Business Operation 

Hidden Botanics will be open for orders anytime of the day on the online shop: hiddenbotanics.co.uk. Shipments will be made between 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. monday – friday, and from noon – 04:00 p.m. on Saturday.  Shipment hours may change during holidays or special occassions.  

 


DELIVERY

Delivery Times:
UK orders are delivered in approximately 5 working days.
International orders are delivered in approximately 7 - 10 working days.

You will receive an email to notify you when your order has been dispatched.


P&P Costs
To confirm your delivery costs, please place all items you wish to purchase in your cart and ensure all quantities are correct; then use the P&P calculator at the bottom of the Cart page.


Delayed Orders

If it’s been more than 10 working days since you received your dispatch confirmation email and your order is still not with you, please check the following before getting in touch:

  • Did you receive both an order confirmation email  and  a dispatch confirmation email?
  • If you have both those emails, check the delivery address is correct on both.
  • Have you received an email telling you your order has been cancelled? (please check your SPAM folder).

If you have done all that and still believe your order is late, please email hi@hidden-botanics.com You will receive a response within 24 hours.




INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

RETURNS

If you wish to return, exchange or report an issue with an item or order, please email hi@hidden-botanics.com

You will receive a response within two working days (i.e. Mon - Fri).

Please do not send anything back without first waiting for a response to your email. It may be that you do not need to send the item back.

If you are required to send anything back, a shop manager will need to confirm the correct return address for you.

If you return any items, we recommend you use a tracked service and retain proof of postage.

If your item does not arrive back to me, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.

NB: If you choose to return an item, please be aware this must be done at your own cost. Please shop carefully.

Refund and exchange eligibility is 30 days from receipt of your order.

INCORRECT ORDER INFO

If, during checkout, you entered any of your information incorrectly (wrong item, size, delivery name or address etc.) please email hi@hidden-botanics.com quoting your order number (starting with the # symbol), and the necessary corrections.
A shop manager will respond to you within 24 hours.
